  Booked an economy car got an SUV. Told it was an upgrade. I did not want a large car it doesn’t fit on my drive and our house is on double yellow lines. Offered a smaller car for more money. If they didn’t have the car I booked then I should have been contacted. Basically told take it or leave it. The attitude of the girl was horrendous maybe customer training might help. At least the young man was apologetic. Never used them before and will not be using them again

  Was given a Nissan Juke as part of my insurance claim whilst car was being repaired next door. Feel like they purposely over inflate all the tyres in order to make you more susceptible to road hazards. Rented plenty of cars in the past and never once had a nail in the tyre let alone had to pay my entire excess fee upon collection for it. As other reviews have pointed out, be wary when collecting a car from these guys they seem to take joy in making an additional claim on your insurance.

  This review is exclusively for Hannah, the Branch Manager, and not for Enterprise as a company. Back in February, we booked a car to take to France. During our call with the call centre, we were assured that everything was in order, with only an additional charge for taking the vehicle abroad. We received the booking invoice and believed all arrangements had been properly handled. However, when we arrived in April to collect the car, we were informed that it was authorised for use in the UK only. The branch had not been notified of our plans, and we were told there would be further charges. Naturally, this was incredibly distressing. Weeks of planning, bookings, and payments for our holiday seemed to unravel before our eyes as we realised our trip might not happen. Hannah stepped in and turned the situation around. After reviewing our documentation, she acknowledged that the error was on the part of the rental company. She was exceptionally diligent, calm, and solution-focused. Problems can occur in any business, but what truly matters is how they are resolved—and Hannah exemplified outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond, even offering to drive to Heathrow herself to deliver the necessary paperwork. This was on a sunny Saturday afternoon, time she could have spent at home with her two-year-old. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. Hannah is an absolute diamond and a shining example of how customer service should be delivered. Enterprise, please value and recognise employees like her—they are your greatest asset. At the same time, it would be wise to review your systems and call centre processes to prevent similar issues in the future, as this is not the first time we have encountered such problems. Thank you, Hannah, for your exceptional service.💖🙏🏽
